SVN add GUI:
Step 1: Right click --> Tortoise SVN --> Add
Step 1: Right click --> Tortoise SVN --> Add
Step 2: Select the file and click add
Step 3: New file will be added with the plus (notation) it will be turned to green tick once you commit.
